Sara represented me in finding a suitable martial arts school to house over 150 students in the Brampton Ontario area. With a long list of deliverables, Sara meticulously searched for a property that was feasible for our expansion.

My experience with Patrick in three words is “exceeded my expectations”.  Patrick contacted me in response to an email on one of his listings for a condo in downtown Toronto for my son.  In speaking with Patrick on the phone I had a really good feeling that he was the right agent for us.  He was very personable and conveyed an caring attitude.  As we are from Windsor, we agreed upon a number of units to view on the upcoming Saturday.  Patrick set up each of the viewings for us and set aside Saturday for us.  We were met by Patrick and his wife at the first Condo and were shown a number of units in the building that were available.  We liked one very much and decided to forgo further viewings and place an offer on that unit.  Patrick and his wife made it happen that afternoon while we were up there and we left with the rental process complete.  I can’t say enough about Patrick’s professionalism and knowledge.  He took the time to explain each phase of the process.  There was no hard sell pressure and a deep desire on his part to ensure that we were happy with our choice.  My son and I were truly fortunate that we came across Patrick and his wife in our quest to find a condo in downtown Toronto including his follow up after the sale and assistance with the moving in process.  He is a true professional with a very caring attitude and all around great guy and I would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.  I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and Sara. They found us an amazing rental in 48 hours, then they found us an investment property the following week...and an ideal tenant before mortgage payments began! Which, in December, is no mean feat.
